Success Story

Transforming Lives because of Our Professional Support Coordinator

Meet Mr. M, whose journey reflects the transformative impact of expert Support Coordinator and NDIS support.

Struggling to access vital funding without a dedicated Support Coordinator, Mr. M faced challenges that impacted on his emotional well-being and health. His family also shared in his distress.

Fortunately, our seasoned coordinator, Ying, stepped in. Conducting a thorough assessment through a home visit, Ying wasted no time in orchestrating a plan. With the expertise of an Occupational Therapist, she crafted tailored funding recommendations. Following a comprehensive planning session, the results were outstanding—Mr. M’s funding tripled, a remarkable achievement.

Empowered by adequate funding support, Mr. M met more new opportunities. Engaging in community activities, encouraged by Ying, he pursued his passions in woodworking and gardening. Through skill-building activities, he now crafts and sells his creations, alongside selling his cultivated plants at local markets. Securing employment marked a significant milestone, empowering him to build a brighter future.

Grateful for the positive impact of NDIS funding and Ying’s invaluable guidance, Mr. M and his family express heartfelt appreciation. Their bond with Ying transcends professional ties, as Mr. M acknowledges her pivotal role in his journey, stating, “Ying saved me at my lowest point, helping me obtain the NDIS funding I needed to live my ideal life!”
