Another way to book is for you to complete our online referral form, and our team will contact you shortly to confirm a suitable appointment.
For mobile allied health services, we may be able to offer an appointment within the same week once your referral is received, if a suitable timeslot is available.
Otherwise, most clients are to be seen within two weeks of us receiving their referral.

Yes, Diversey Care’s mobile allied health team has been providing home-based support in VIC and QLD since 2021. With our proven track record and high approval rate, our participants receive beneficial home support, from Occupational Therapy to home modifications.
Yes, we welcome private clients without NDIS funding. Many of our clients choose to access occupational therapy, speech pathology or psychology services privately.
Medicare rebate may be available for our services with a valid GP referral, such as under a Chronic Disease Management (CDM) plan or a Mental Health Care Plan.
Our intake team can discuss your needs, explain the referral process and help you book an appointment via phone.
Yes, we provide services for children, adolescents and adults in the Logan Central area.
