About the Role
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our supportive team based in Glen Waverley, VIC. This is a full-time position that offers a mix of community and clinic-based work, allowing you to make a tangible impact on people’s lives every day.

Key Responsibilities
Conducting comprehensive client assessments
Developing and delivering individualised rehabilitation plans
Running one-on-one and group therapy sessions to improve functional skills and independence
Writing high-quality clinical reports for NDIS and HCP participants
Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure cohesive care
Monitoring progress and updating goals in line with client outcomes
Travelling to different places to see clients
What We're Looking For
Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
Current AHPRA registration
At least 1 year of experience in a similar role (NDIS experience preferred)
Excellent clinical documentation and report-writing skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
A commitment to evidence-based, person-centred care
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
Can accept driving to see clients in the community

About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and motivated Speech Pathologist to join our friendly team in Glen Waverley, VIC. This role begins as a contractor position, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role after 12 months.
You’ll work across both our clinic and the community, supporting a diverse mix of clients and caseloads. This variety offers you the chance to make a meaningful difference in people’s everyday lives while continuing to grow and strengthen your clinical skills.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments in speech, language, communication, and swallowing
Develop and implement individualised therapy plans for NDIS and private clients
Deliver one-on-one interventions in community, home, or school settings
Collaborate with families, carers, and other health professionals to optimise outcomes
Monitor progress and adapt goals based on client development and needs
Travel up to one hour to visit clients in their preferred settings
What We're Looking For
Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
Current CPSP registration with Speech Pathology Australia
At least 1 year of experience in a similar role (NDIS experience preferred)
Strong clinical reasoning and report-writing skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
