What happens next?

1. Once all required details are received, we will tentatively book the earliest available appointment with a suitable therapist in your area.
2. We will then send you a Service Agreement via DocuSign for signing.
3. Upon receiving the signed Service Agreement, we will secure and confirm your appointment.
4. If your referral is urgent, our team will prioritise scheduling where possible.
